Developed in association with West Bengal Small Industries Development Corporation (WBSIDC) , a nodal agency of the Government of West Bengal to promote Industrial Infrastructure and Development in the Small and Medium Scale Industries sector South City Infra Park is modern integrated industrial infrastructure cum logistics hub situated on the industrial growth corridor at Jagadishpur on the National Highway No.6 and only 30 minutes away from the Central District (CBD) of Kolkata. The project spread over 24 acres in first phase has fully developed Industrial plots and Standard Design Factory (SDF) built of spaces will all supporting infrastructure and statutory approvals. The project envisages that the industrial entrepreneur can set up his industry without any worries on the space, building, infrastructure and approvals front and focus on setting up of the equipment, processing and marketing of the industrial project.
