SHRACHI recently organised an event titled Prem, adda aar Soumitra at Renaissance Township wherein the veteran Bengali actor and Brand Ambassador of Renaissance Township Shri Soumitra Chatterjee launched the new segment of Bungalows. The event also had different activities for the residents of Renaissance Township like cooking competition, fashion show, drawing competition etc. Eminent TV personality Smt. Madhumanti Moitra conducted the ‘adda’ session with the legendary actor.

Shrachi makes news again! Shrachi Group clinches the prestigious ‘Society Interiors Award’ for exceptional achievement in the field of architecture and infrastructural design. The award was handed over to Shrachi in the star studded award function at the Taj Bengal on November 30, 2016.

Designed by Architect Piercy Conner from the UK and the steel supplied by TATA Bluescope Steel Ltd., this unique steel building has given a new definition to next generation architecture and swanky living. Shrachi emerged as the highest bidder in the tender invited by the Govt. of West Bengal to lease the Belgachia Tram Depot land for 99 years. The 1 acre land has been a coveted property for many real estate developers in Eastern India and Shrachi topped the bidding list.

On Monday (Nov. 28, 2016) Shrachi handed over the first installment to the Govt. of West Bengal. Mr. Ravi Todi (Managing Director, Shrachi), Mr. Rahul Todi (Managing Director, Shrachi) & Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal (Director, Shrachi) presented the cheque to the Department of Transport, Govt. of West Bengal.
